Chinook is the culmination of over 75 years of experience.  Their goal is to bring our customers the highest quality equipment at the lowest price point.  They do that by involving their athletes from the creation to the final product. 

The Company's founders come from backgrounds in marathon, flatwater, dragon boat and outrigger canoe racing and all have successful records at various levels of international and domestic competition.

This group perceived a need for supplying a Canadian designed range of paddles with characteristics that combine the best elements of efficiency, durability, and economy.
